The priority should be getting treatment and medication to animals as quickly as possible. Most people contact you because their animal is already sick, injured, hurting, or suffering, and they urgently need help. The prescription-transfer process is unnecessarily difficult, frustrating, and painfully slow. Pet owners should not have to fight through a broken process while their animals wait for medication. This needs to be addressed immediately and made faster, simpler, and more reliable. The current level of service is completely unacceptable.
