Can't fix simple issues
Had a problem receiving my monthly subscription after changing my address. After several months of it being shipped to the old address and going through hours of trying to get someone to fix the problem I canceled my subscription. I have used the products daily for over a year and find them to be a great help but I need the products on time and as promised.
