Fortunately I didn’t need to file a claim, but the processes of applying, getting a quote, and setup made me feel highly comfortable that filing a claim would be easy, and handled in an expedient and professional manner. Additionally, I made use of Faye’s eSIM and it saved me from my cellular provider’s failure to connect 5G service. The eSIM fee was very fair, worked the entire time of my trip, and when I briefly needed customer service during activation they were available and responsive. All my future travel insurance needs will be handled by Faye.
