Wish I knew how to rate (60min+ hold time after the sale)
Wish I knew how to rate. AshleyW was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Reservations completed in a flash. Then she asked me to hold online for verification. After 40 minutes of "a team member will be with you shortly", If I hadn't left my card number, I would have hung up ages ago. 50 minutes..., Well.... verification came on about minute 52 and could not find the submit button? (yea , im confused too). After sometime she said they, the verification team would have to call me back. They never did. Do I have a reservation? Did my card get charged. No Idea , and I thought everything was great, but no call no email. So I get to make another phone call and repeat the process. I thought only the outbound callers were sleazy... I hope to be satisfied soon. But so much for building trust.
