The orders are delayed for an inordinate amount of time and customer service has no idea what's happening. When you ask for updates on the status they send your incredibly long emails with little confidence on when it will be delivered. They literally cannot confirm a timeline since they're not the manufacturer. I would not recommend anyone buy a sectional from here. Edit: Response to the burrow team, my issue is unresolved, you already have my email and I've sent multiple follow ups.
