So impressed with Fridays!
This is the second telehealth company I’ve used, and I have to say I’ve been so impressed with Fridays. The entire experience has been smooth from start to finish. Ordering my medication was easy, my appointments with my provider and dietitian were helpful and thorough, and my medication arrived well-packed and cold with clear instructions. What has really stood out to me is the customer service. Anytime I’ve needed support, it’s been easy to get in touch with someone and get the help I needed. I’m also seeing great results, which of course makes the experience even better. After having experience with another telehealth company, I really appreciate how straightforward, supportive, and well-organized Fridays has been. I’m very happy with my experience so far and would absolutely recommend them.
