recently ordered the ATK A9 Air+ mouse and the ATK Sky Xsoft mousepad. Unfortunately, there was a shipping mix-up where the courier placed the wrong label on the package, delivering incorrect items initially. However, ATK’s customer support stepped in immediately and handled the situation flawlessly. A special thanks to Wendy, who was incredibly fast, attentive, and proactive. She guided me through the entire resolution process, made sure the correct items were sent out quickly, and kept me updated every step of the way. As for the products: both are mind-blowing!
