Excellent customer service
We chose Lectric bikes because we were told by a bike repair shop that the customer service was great and it was easy to get parts for the bike if needed. We got to experience the excellent customer service because my wife’s bike choice that was ordered was unavailable. The customer service was excellent in changing our order and even tossed in a free accessory for the inconvenience! I will say don’t email because we didn’t receive a response from it but when we called and talked to a person, everything happened quickly then.
