1. We received a lot of individualized service from a company that is exclusively online. I think I consulted with staff at least three or four times before making a decision. 2. Staff provided timely feedback, made informed suggestions/recommendations, and made the process super-easy. 3. The delivery came much faster than I expected given that it was shipped from China. 4. The semi-sheer curtains look great!
