Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience with Jolly Nova. I purchased a multiple-item order because they offered several unique frames that I couldn’t easily find elsewhere. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. The only communication I received was an initial order confirmation and, later, a notification that the order had shipped. After waiting a month, I contacted them to ask about the status of my order and received no response. At 45 days, I contacted them again, only to be told that the order had supposedly been delivered. That was news to me—I had never received the package. They provided a tracking number that directed me to a website in Mandarin, which did little to clarify where my package actually was. They then sent a so-called “confirmation of delivery,” which consisted of what appeared to be a questionable document showing no specific delivery address—only the city and state. After I requested a refund for the items I never received and filed a dispute through my bank, Jolly Nova suddenly produced photos showing the package had allegedly been left on my porch, in plain view and easily accessible to anyone passing by. Guess what? IT WAS STOLEN. Leaving a package unattended and exposed does not change the fact that I never received it. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Jolly Nova. The communication was poor, the tracking information was questionable, and the way the package was allegedly delivered was completely unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM JOLLY NOVA. Stick with reputable domestic companies that provide reliable shipping and customer service.
