Great course to expand the knowledge…
Great course to expand the knowledge about hatha/vinyasa yoga, understand yoga philosophy, learn about chakra/mantras, understand and practice correct alignment of yoga poses, learn how to teach yoga and practice your skills. I like that they offer enough information to help you create your niche and build a yoga practice that best suits you and your students. Group classes are accessible, organized, insightful and helpful! Teachers are amazing, each of them has something unique to offer. The website course is organized and user friendly. I am so glad that I decided to join the yoga renew group! Hope to keep growing my yoga practice along with them!
