Extremely disappointing and feels like a scam
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. We ordered a bunch of flowers from IGP for my aunt’s birthday and were promised delivery at a specific time. The delivery was not made as promised. Later, we were informed that the flowers we had ordered were unavailable and were asked to accept a different arrangement. Even after agreeing to the alternative, the order was still not delivered. It has now been two days, and the order remains undelivered. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable, especially for a birthday order. This is not the level of service one expects from a reputed gifting company. Very poor coordination, unreliable delivery, and extremely unprofessional handling of the order. I would strongly think twice before ordering from IGP again.
