Cut and Paste advice from the Wiki
I gave a detailed explanation of my problem. I noted how I tried the recommendations from the web site wiki and I was still having a problem. The response? It was a cut and paste from the wiki, which I just stated I had already done. So I responded to that, and I got the next page from the wiki in a cut and paste. I then included my logs and was told it was my wifi antenna. So I ordered a new one. While waiting for that to arrive, they ticket was closed. So I opened it back up and was quite annoyed. I was told it's automatic. And then no one reviewed my case again to look further into the problem. Now my ticket is closed again and this is without a resolution.
