We had an excellent experience with BriteCo and Kaitlyn Rigdon, who helped us on our claim. Kaitlyn was very easy to talk to about this and was knowledgeable on the process. We felt like we were in good hands. The claim process sounded daunting but it was very straightforward and easy. We appreciated Kaitlyn checking in on us through the process. I did not think much when initially purchasing the insurance but I am glad we went though BriteCo after needing to file a claim.
