I purchaced two 100 Ah wattcycle mini batteries. I used them for about for several months with no issues. Then both batteries just stopped working. I send and email to wattcycle support and they were excellent. They were quick to respond to my issues. When they could not figure out what was wrong, support just sent me return lables and I ship my bad batteries back through FedX. Wattcycle was quick in sending me 2 new batties. Wattcycle really honors their warranty.
