Never again FTD.
Never again will I use FTD. $140 for a 2 dozen rose arrangement. They were just left on my 85-year old mother's front porch, ON THE GROUND. No doorbell ring or even so much as a knock on the door. Just left them there, took a pic and walked off. What they left were 24 roses stuck in in a vase with some water. No bow or ribbon, no baby's breath or anything else. Absolutely pitiful. No effort, care or interest. Seeing the video of it angered me. UPDATE: After learning of these issues, FTD's foreign customer service offered me a partial refund and an apology. I've added one star to their rating for this response.
