Updated: LiTime reached out and made the return whole. I'm still knocking a star for being unwilling to do the refund outright at the time their service center was engaged. Overall though, I am pleased with quality the LifePo4 battery itself. ------------------------- Original Post: I made a sizeable purchase. The battery charger I purchased stated in the physical manual (after receiving it) that you cannot leave it plugged into the battery long term. This documentation wasn't anywhere on the website. "So be it" I thought, "I'll just just do a return." Well, it seems that even LiTime classifies this as a return for 'personal reasons' or something to that effect. And charges you a $23 restock fee. When it was clearly an issue of lacking documentation on the site (as confirmed over email by LiTime). I can't get behind a company that doesn't make things right. I'll be steering clear in the future, and warning others as to how LiTime does business. Enjoy the $23
