The XP4 e-bike is AWESOME…I love it. But as far as answering emails…don’t bother, I have sent 2 emails not one has been answered. Your best bet is to call. I guess I will have to call to get help. I do LOVE my XP4. I give it 10 stars. UPDATE…5 stars…I’m very sorry I didn’t know I clicked on one star…thank you guys
