Nice mirrors but slow with terrible customer service
The mirrors are very nice, but customer service is unresponsive. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. If you call, a recorded message tells you to fill out a form and says they’ll get right back to you, but they never do. When the initial delivery expectation was not met, there was no response until the order was shipped. Two mirrors were delivered broken and it has now been over five weeks trying to get them replaced. They have acknowledged the issue by email but failed to deliver. I managed to get through by phone once and was told my replacements should have already shipped. Still waiting.
