Not all that rugged
I bought my partner a "rugged" phone from Ulefone, because he does maintenance work, and even with a case his phones usually only last 1 year. The ulefone smartphone that I bought him didn't even make it 2 weeks. Definitely wouldn't call these phones rugged.
