Replacement parts no questions asked
I was having an issue with my front brake making a rubbing sound, sent an email about it not expecting much, much less an almost immediate response. Cody was on it quickly, asking me what was happening and for pictures. Next day or so I get another email saying the parts(at no charge I might add) are on the way and that the installation would be reimbursed as well. Top notch customer service for a top notch bike!
