Avoid this company at all cost
Avoid this company at all costs. My experience with Cinch has been beyond frustrating. They have no problem collecting monthly payments and deductibles when service is requested, but when it comes to actually delivering that service, the lack of urgency and customer care is unacceptable. I have been without a functioning AC unit for three weeks due to Cinch's lack of action and concern. During this time, I have made numerous phone calls, sent multiple emails, and have even been told that my case was being expedited. Despite these assurances, there has been no resolution. I have been met with excuse after excuse and delay after delay, particularly regarding the authorization needed to complete the repair. The service provider submitted the required report and attempted to contact Cinch, only to have their calls go unanswered. To make matters worse, the authorization team does not operate on weekends. Yet when I spoke with customer service on Friday, I was advised to call back the following day, despite the representative knowing that no one from the authorization team would be available to assist.
