a refund request
I asked for a refund of product not expecting a good result and having to jump through hoops as with other companies. I sent an email and received a reply right away from Patrick! As I was updating further information In another email, Patrick had already sent a reply!! Happened three times over. Poof that they stand behind their products and the integrity of this business. Should I have interest in another product, I will definitely come back to Furlife.
