Do not trust them
Listen, I wouldn't trust these guys anymore. Maybe I was mistaken in the past to trust them and think they were an above-board legit company. Basically I had a reminder set on my phone, as I do for everything, to cancel this order if I didn't need the subscription, 9 days in advance to when I had scheduled to charge my card. So I left myself plenty of time. They charge me 10 days in advance of the scheduled date (just my luck) and mark it shipped immediately. There is no order placed email first--it's just shipped immediately in the middle of the night with email sent, locked in. Lo and behold the chat button on the website which I had used with good success in the past during a previous issue is gone. I call the phone number (during hours, all of this was) and it doesn't even go to voicemail, it's like the number's off the hook, goes to some generic Verizon thing that it can't be completed or something. So at this point I think they're scamming or exit scamming. I don't know what is going on so I manually email them. I still don't know if this is the right email but it's the support@choq email which was quoted somewhere since I'm even having trouble getting the "contact us" form on the website to go through. They don't respond for 3 days while I'm trying to stop this errant order. I'm about to just chargeback because I have a bad feeling and finally I try the phone number again. This time it works and they actually answer and they give me this spiel about "oh you rescheduled so many times, the system got confused blah blah blah" like they gave me a real good spiel and you know I naively was like okay like that's fine let me give you the benefit of the doubt. They told me to just write Return to Sender on the package and send it back to them. Obviously I don't like this because there's no recourse for me if it gets lost or something, no real proof, it's basically just on faith and trust. I do it anyways because I'm trusting that they will just refund me since they admitted to being at fault. This entire time they don't respond to a single email. It's been a week since I sent the package. The only time I've ever got any communication about this issue is over the phone so there's no paper trail (convenient). So I send this package back and they still are not responding to any emails and my phone calls are going to voicemail today. I go to log-in to my account today with the intention of giving them until Monday to rectify things, and my account is deleted despite not doing anything wrong and being apologized to about the errant order. I should have just kept the item at least and not wasted all my time and effort because I didn't want a chargeback to reflect poorly on their business or to incur them extra costs. My account must be deleted because it says the email/password combination is incorrect which it's not (saved and recent log-in just a few days ago), and when I request a password reset to email it never comes. So my account has been deleted after they were the ones to apologize to me and say "yes this shouldn't have happened, it's some kind of glitch, please send it back sketchily and when we receive it we will give you a refund." They go from that to (apparently?) ignoring me and deleting my account once the package has arrived back I assume. Never use this company, there's like 20 red flags at this point. I can't even attest to the quality or usefulness of their supplements, not sure if they did anything for me. I'm assuming they're on their way out or maybe this is who they always were and it finally caught up to me personally despite a good experience in the past. I can't dismiss this many red flags and you would be a fool to as well. I think at the very least, from what I've read, they're trying people randomly to see what they can get away with.
