⭐️ Very Disappointing Experience I ordered a customized Rakhi from IGP for around ₹1,100 on 21st August. At the time of placing the order, the delivery date was shown as 25th August. However, the Rakhi was not delivered even by 28th August, which was after Raksha Bandhan. Since it was a Raksha Bandhan-specific customized product, receiving it after the festival completely defeated the purpose of the order. The delivery commitment was not fulfilled, which was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer support. It was almost impossible to get in touch with them. Even through their WhatsApp chat, after requesting to speak with an advisor, I had to wait hours for a response. And when someone finally responded, my actual query was not properly addressed and the chat was closed shortly afterwards. I expected much better service, especially for a time-sensitive festival order. Unfortunately, both the delivery and customer support were extremely disappointing. Very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend ordering festival-specific customized products from IGP.
