Easy Return/Exchange
I don't normally wear pointed shoes, so I used the website to determine the best sizing and fit. My ideal size was in-between sizes, so I rounded up a size, however when the shoes were delivered, they were too big. I reached out to customer service and Zyra was extremely helpful in getting me the correct size. The shoes were delivered in separate shipments so I had to reach out to customer service twice and Zyra helped me both times.
