I let them know one of the 6 pendants I ordered was leaking after a couple of months. Sent a picture of said item and the girls, Julia and JeAnne, kindly submitted a replacement order. FurLife's Customer Service is excellent. I will definitely being reordering when it is time as product has been controlling the tick problem I was having. Thanks girls!
