Extremely disappointed — Ruined the occasion & missing refund What is the point of a gifting platform if it cannot deliver time-sensitive festival orders? I ordered a Rakhi for Raksha Bandhan (Aug 27th), and it got delivered 3 days late on Aug 30th, completely defeating the entire purpose of the gift. To make matters worse, I also paid ₹600–₹700 for Baklava which was never properly addressed, and the refund is nowhere to be found. Reaching customer support is impossible—there is only an automated chatbot that runs in circles with no option to speak to an actual human representative. Highly unprofessional service and zero accountability. Never ordering again.
