I purchased my iROCKER SUP board in August 2021 and used it only approximately 15-20 times in total, averaging just 3-4 outings per year. The board was always carefully maintained, properly stored, and never exposed to misuse or excessive pressure. On the day of the incident, it was inflated to approximately 1 bar, which is the minimum recommended operating pressure. After a normal session on the lake, while I was drying the board and preparing to deflate it, the board suddenly ruptured along a seam and effectively exploded without any impact or apparent cause. What concerns me most is the safety aspect. Several children were standing nearby when the rupture occurred. Thankfully, nobody was injured, but the situation could easily have resulted in a serious accident. I contacted iROCKER and provided photographs, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the incident. While the company responded promptly and professionally, my claim was ultimately denied because the warranty had expired. What I find disappointing is not merely the warranty decision itself, but the apparent lack of consideration for the extremely low usage of the board and the nature of the failure. A premium SUP board that has been used only 15-20 times would reasonably be expected to last significantly longer than five years. Additionally, iROCKER advised that the board should not be repaired because its structural integrity can no longer be guaranteed. As a result, the board is effectively unusable despite having seen very limited use. My overall experience with the board prior to the failure was positive, but based on this incident and the lack of any goodwill gesture, I cannot recommend the product with confidence. I encourage potential buyers to carefully consider product longevity and after-sales support when making their purchase decision.
