I ordered two pairs of shoes. Loved both, but for one pair, the right shoe strap was a bit too big! They sent me a new pair and let me donate the pair that I had at no cost! Amazing customer service. These shoes are so comfortable! I have purchased the boots in the past and love them also! Thank you Yuna for your customer service!
