Scammers/Liars/Dont order from them
If I could Give no stars I would. I ordered this item in May for my sons graduation. They charged me an extra $10 right out if the gate, then issued a refund. I never received the item . Never got updates. When I inquired, the links were dead and I couldn’t get back to where I ordered it from. Finally I was able to email and asked where my item was. After many emails back and forth they said it was delivered. At one point they even showed the wrong name and item for proof of delivery. They could never provide a photo of where the item was actually delivered. They could not provide gps location. They didn’t provide proof of who signed for it but stated it was. I have multiple cameras on my property and none probed a delivery. My neighbors did not receive the package either nor the USPS. They have the WORST customer service ever! Dod not order From them. They refuse to issue a credit for goods never received.
