Excellent customer service
One of my WattCycle Trolling Motor 12v 100Ah batteries failed after less than two years of ownership. My email requesting warranty replacement was responded to by Mihel, customer service rep.. Mihel requested the purchase verification info as well as pictures of what the battery was doing, all of which was sent. After review of the info, a replacement battery was shipped and has been received. Mihel kept me informed of the progress and communicated very well in English.
