Initial issue, but company exceeded expectations
I have had two orders from Watt Cycle. The first order was for 12V 314AMP Hour batteries. ONe of the batteries was cracked when it arrived and it was a hassle getting it replaced. They offered to replace it, but I had to send it back first before they would ship a replacement. The second battery I purchased was supposed to be new but I later found out was used. This bait and switch makes me not trust this company. I bought on the Watt Cycle website under the "new" listing and not "like new" listing, but the following is what I received from customer service. "After checking, we have confirmed that the order you purchased is from our "like new" (second-hand) listing. Please rest assured that all battery performance and functions are fully operational." Update: They made things right and are sending me a new battery and are letting me keep the old battery. They have fixed the issue and did way more to make it right than I expected. This makes me change my review entirely. I would definitely buy again.
