Poor customer service
Requested small denominations and received large denominations for a majority of the currency. Called the customer service line and told to email instead. Contacted the company email and was told they are only able to provide the currency they have on hand. This sounds reasonable but why offer the option of the type of currency if you can’t guarantee what you have on hand? The company never responded to this question. Pretty poor customer service. I would not recommend.
