Terrible refund policy-still Out of pocket 2 months from return
Both dresses were a completely different colour to the pictures. When I asked to return them, I was told I would only receive a partial refund. When I disputed this, they made every excuse for me not to send them back, even going as far as telling me to give them as a gift to someone. They only gave me the return address once I opened a dispute with Klarna and even then told me they wouldn’t refund me unless I closed it. I paid out of pocket to return both items 2 months ago but because they haven't picked up the items from their local depot, my refund is still in limbo. I highly believe they have not been collected on purpose as they tried to say there was a good chance they would go missing if returned. I’m still awaiting a refund of £78 2 months on. I can’t stress enough not to use this company.
