Andrea provided the most exceptional customer service!! :~)
I received the most exceptional customer service from the representative Andrea! She was an absolute pleasure & delight to speak & deal with!! She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, & thorough!!! She also connected with me as a consumer & person. I genuinely appreciate the time she gave, to answer all my questions & properly educate me. Getting to speak with a LIVE representative was extremely important & valuable to me! There's no way that AI (Ai) could have given me the same experience & outcome I had with Andrea!! I couldn't have asked for a better representative to speak & deal with!!! So please recognize Andrea, in the highest way possible, for a job well & exceptionally done. :~D
