It was my first time making a purchase at itemku, and i had a horrible experience purchasing a Roblox virtual item voucher code for about 4 USD. The seller gave me an invalid code, so i had to contact itemku CS. The whole process trying to get a refund/replacement code was a 4 days nightmare. The CS will demand countless proofs to the point it became unreasonable. They still asked me for further verification even after i sent them screenshots of my email with Roblox Customer support, their bot and their real human agent where it shouldve been a dead end for the seller where I would be able to receive my refund immediately. Unfortunately, the seller was stalling, contacting their suppliers for a replacement code. Eventually the seller provided me with a replacement code, but it was still invalid, and when I told this to itemku CS, they made me repeat the exact same process, and I was forced to. Even after providing everything they need to close the dispute, and ask for my refund, they did not process my refunds because the seller did not agree to that solution, still wanting to contact their supplier for a new code. And finally after 4 says, the code works. Although im still grateful and happy that itemku CS was able to help me, I think they deserve 2 stars because the process was way too long for something so simple, itemku CS also ignored my explanation that was reasonable and related to all my proofs. And on top of that, I think they were siding with the seller most if the time. There is room for improvement for item customer support.
