⭐ 1-star review Extremely disappointing experience with IGP. I ordered a bespoke perfume specifically for a man as a gift, but instead received “Cuddle,” which is a women’s perfume. This was not a small mistake—the entire purpose of the order was to give it as a gift to a man, and receiving a women’s fragrance was extremely embarrassing and frustrating. What made the experience even worse was the lack of response from customer service. I repeatedly contacted IGP asking for a refund and clearly stated that I did not want the amount credited to my IGP wallet, but wanted the money returned to my original account. Despite sending multiple messages and following up for hours, I received no timely response. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them. In this case, the incorrect product and the lack of prompt customer support made the entire experience very disappointing. I expected much better from IGP and would definitely think twice before ordering from them again.
