Disappointed
We booked a one night stay in the Lizzie Borden House staying in the Bridget Sullivan room. We did this because the website when booking describes this room as having “a full bathroom at your disposal”. We purchased and took the tour of the house when we arrived and saw that the room shares a bathroom with 2 other bedrooms on the same floor. When we saw the room did not have its own bathroom and we’d potentially be sharing a bathroom between 9 people we told staff that we would not be staying because the room description said the room had its own bathroom which it does not. I later asked for a refund and they refused which was disappointing. They said elsewhere on the website states all 3rd floor rooms share a bathroom which again could potentially be 9 people using 1 bathroom.
