Hello my name is Mark, and I had some technical questions for Jennifer here at wattcycle,which to me were very important. Jennifer was asked multiple technical questions for my system and future expansion. Jennifer in a very timely manner was able to get me the answers I needed very clearly so there was no confusion. I also want to add that I was emailed even on Sunday, which i did not expect. Very very satisfied, and Jennifer was SUPER !!
