Clarification of refill order/current order
I have been trying to get clarification on an issue I may or may not have created through chats with staff and my refills. Anyhow, I was starting to lose faith in the company due to timeframe getting back to me regarding this issue. Denise has been fabulous in researching the issue with my theory where the problem lied and getting back to me in a timely manner after me again reaching out to her on chat.
