Over the top service!
I have been Using Boss Laser products for about 4 years. I have only had two issues that I needed to call Boss technicians about. The first one was handled while on the phone with the technician. The second was a lot more involved. Several emails and a couple phone calls later it was diagnosed. All the emails were not because the technician didn’t know, it was because we were running several diagnostic procedures. Chasing wires and cables, Testing pin connections, and a lot more. Stephan was very thorough in finding the problem. (X axis motor was bad). Then came the time to order parts. Lauren was wonderful. A pleasure to speak with and very helpful. 3 days later (Friday) my package arrived. Have mercy it was not the correct part. Called Lauren and let her know the problem. She came through like sunshine! Confirmed the correct part and 20 hours later the correct part was on my doorstep. How many sales people do that? Lauren does. Thank you Lauren and Stephen for getting my laser back up and running. Rock Stars!!!
