The company kept me aware of the tracking. Product is as advertised, except for the exchange rate which I was not made aware of at check-out. Good customer service via email, but not via telephone. Booklet instructions said to keep the battery charged, but it did not say how you would know when it is charged (such as, the light will turn green when it is charged).
