Customer service is pathetic and atrocious! Hope you don't have to return anything. I have two charges to my charge account on the same day in the same dollar amount and same product. I have inquired about what is going on. I didn't make 2 separate orders to my knowledge. They said I could return one of the orders for a full refund. Each email I receive says something different. The most recent email said any return had to be approved first before product was sent back and this is not what several other emails have said previously. The customer service with Native Path is horrible and disgusting.
