Natalie S. had so much patience and was able to convey information efficiently and effectively. She kindly taught me an important nuggets as a 2 year travel advisor. I was unaware that in booking 2 policies back to back was not allowed. I now know that I need to amend the original policy to extend the dates. I now know I can do so up until the client travels. Good to know if clients want to travel to Country X in January and add Country Y in July, it should all be on the same policy. Natalie S. was able to change this for me. Much gratitude.
