Feel like being scammed
I have made an order for iphone 16 pro max 256GB dessert titanium on the 22 Aug 2026. Up to today there has no response from compasia side besides an email saying that i would be contacted today regarding my device delivery. However despite several attempt contacting their customer service to ask on any update has been nothing but vague answers. But a payment of Rm261 was already made on the exact same date. Email sent saying nearing shipment but when chat with customer service simple reply as order still processing. My order id is OR-416721-RNPM/CAMY260800664. And now that im in this website reading all these negative reviews has caused a doubt in me to think that thing company is nothing but a big fat SCAM
