Angelina assisted me. All I can tell you is that Cosy Island has immaculate customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes, actually a 2nd pair from the company. The 1st pair was too small, I ordered a 7.5, but needed an 8. They told me they didn't want to inconvenience me, and told me to keep the ones that were too small and sent me the size 8. I was able to bless my friend with a brand new pair of shoes. This 2nd time, I ordered an 8, different style of shoe, but it was too small and I needed a larger size. Exact same thing happened; just unbelievable. They let me know I can donate or share those brand new shoes with someone else. I've never seen a company do this. What a blessing 🙌🏽 🙏🏽 💕
