Don't buy this machine
Don't buy this machine. There is ZERO customer service. They just don't respond. I have filled out their online webform regarding support for the automatic litterbox's phone app, AIR PET twice now with no response. The registration process requires that a verification code is received on my phone (sent via text message)and then entered into the app completing registration and activating the app...even though I have entered my correct phone number, I get NO CODE from their server. Just crickets all around, so, no functioning app, no support, and cat poop sticking to the grate instead of going in the collection bag. I can't change any time intervals or other variables in hope of resovling this because that requires the app. I also suspect the grate is poorly engineered and not thought out well.
