Ryan VS online booking
While trying to make my cruise booking online, it was challenging, stating my phone # was incorrect and pass passenger incorrect as well. I called their number and after on hold for a couple of minutes, the call dropped 3 times. So along came Ryan to my rescue!!! I already had date and cabin chosen. He was very patience, detailed, and got me through the process. It was so pleasant to have a human on the other side of my laptop... Not to mention the better price and onboard credit I received!!! Thank you Ryan. He is an asset with excellent cutomer service. I will be back to CruiseDirect.
