Avoid this company at all costs! Zero customer service and defective products. I bought an e-bike from them, and it turned out to be completely faulty. When I reached out for support, I was stuck dealing with endless excuses, unprofessional responses (especially from their representative Cici), and zero real help. They dragged it out for months, refused to repair the bike properly, and now they are completely refusing a refund. Taking customers' hard-earned money and leaving them stranded with broken products is unacceptable. Save your money, save your time, and do not buy from this company. Total scam!
